Free Kayak Plans
In my article on my homemade boats, I provide plans for four kayaks. You are welcome to use these files to build kayaks or to use them as starting points for your own designs. As far as I know only one has been built, Fool's Gold version one. I built it and paddled it 560 miles. It is a good play boat, but if I were to take a long distance trip again, I would build the second version. Reportedly, the viking ship is being built right now also.
